The correct way to adjust the optical path of the laser marking machine

In the daily use of the laser marking machine, we must not only be familiar with the operation method of the laser marking machine, but also have a certain understanding of the optical path adjustment of the laser marking machine.
The correct way to adjust the optical path:
1. Turn on the cooler according to the normal startup sequence, pay attention to turn on the cooler, wait for the real-time temperature of the cooler to be consistent with the set temperature, and then proceed to the next step.
2. Remove the shield of the laser marking machine, and be careful not to touch it; turn off the laser and Q switch power supply according to the normal shutdown method.
3. Use a dimming multiplier or white paper to observe the red light output and feedback. The red indicator screen is suitable for the light spot. If there are multiple red spots, adjust the red light indicator to each adjustment nut in turn to meet the requirements.
4. Turn on the laser power and adjust the current to the range of 14≤15A. It should not exceed 15 amps. Use the dimming multiplier to observe whether the laser output is the spot in front of the laser.
5. Place a frequency multiplier in the beam expander to determine whether there is laser output. If not, slowly adjust the adjustment nut according to the adjustment sequence until a bright dot appears.
6. Slowly adjust the current, observe the spot intensity of the frequency doubler chip, and adjust the nut to the bright spot in turn.
7. Repeat step 6 at least 4 times to get the position. At this time, the current should be less than 10A and not more than 12A.
8. Place a frequency multiplier on the workbench. When the workbench should be at the focus position (distance about 22~22.5cm), observe the intensity of the laser spot, but also slightly increase the current fine-tuning adjustment nut until a strong spot is obtained. Note that this step is fine-tuned.
9. Turn on the switch and perform trial engraving. If the light intensity meets the requirements, it can be adjusted for this purpose.
10. Install the protective cover.
