How to eliminate the instability of current in laser marking machine

When the laser marking machine is in use, it often uses electricity, turns on the power, and only needs to operate in strict accordance with the relevant requirements when using it. If the current is unstable, it needs to be rectified in time, and then how to eliminate the fault?
1. Reason for failure:
The main reason is the wrong connection of the laser marking machine, main board, wiring board, power supply or control line, and failure of the cooling water circulation system.
2. Exclusion method:
1. In the parameter setting, check whether the laser type is correct.
2. Pull down the control line to see if the control line is loose.
3. Remove the control line on the power supply of the laser marking machine, press the point button of the laser power supply, and analyze whether the power supply or the main board is faulty.
4. The burst is normal, indicating that the power supply is not faulty, on the contrary, it is abnormal, indicating that the power supply is faulty.
5. Check whether the water circulation is normal, whether the water flow is wrong, and whether there is a problem with the water protection device.
At present, the instability of laser marking machine is a kind of failure encountered by marking opportunities. When we encounter this kind of failure, we need to stop and check in time, especially in the circuit board part, we need to do related work.
